At Békéè Haircare, we want you to receive the products you ordered in satisfactory condition. This policy explains how to report order issues and request an appropriate remedy.
Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible if your order is:
Include your order number, a description of the problem and, where possible, clear photographs of the item and packaging.
We will review your report and communicate the next steps.
For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we generally do not accept returns of correctly supplied haircare products that have been opened or used simply because a customer has changed their mind.
This restriction does not remove any legal rights you may have concerning defective, unsafe, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied products.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may arrange a replacement, correction, refund or another appropriate remedy where:
We may request reasonable evidence to assess a claim, but this process will not be used to deny a valid legal entitlement.
Where applicable law entitles a customer to a refund, we will provide the refund required by law. A replacement or alternative remedy will not be imposed where doing so would unlawfully limit the customer’s rights.
Please do not send products to an address without first contacting us.
Where the issue results from our error or a defective product, we will communicate an appropriate arrangement for returning or collecting the item.
Customers will not be required to bear return or collection costs where doing so would unlawfully restrict their rights under applicable law.
For other return requests, any applicable return-shipping arrangement will be communicated before the return proceeds.
Approved refunds will be processed using an appropriate payment method, taking account of the original payment method and the customer’s circumstances.
We will communicate the refund amount and expected processing timeframe when a refund is approved. The time it takes for the funds to appear may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
For Pay on Delivery orders that have not been paid for, a refund is generally not applicable. Eligible order cancellations or replacements will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable law.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order. Cancellation may be possible before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has been handed to the courier.
Any cancellation restriction remains subject to rights and remedies provided by applicable law.
