Order Cancellations and Customer Complaints
Customers who wish to cancel an order should contact Békéè Haircare as soon as possible and preferably before dispatch.
Cancellation requests made after dispatch may not always be possible to accommodate. However, this does not affect any cancellation, refund or other rights that customers may have under applicable law.
Customers who experience problems with an order, delivery or product may submit a complaint through our email address or WhatsApp number listed in Section 14.
When submitting a complaint, customers should provide their order details, describe the issue clearly and include any relevant supporting information.
We will review complaints and make reasonable efforts to address them within a reasonable timeframe. Where further investigation is needed, we will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed.
Safe Product Use
Customers should follow the instructions on the product label and discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs. Keep products away from children unless otherwise directed on the label.
Békéè Haircare does not guarantee identical results for every customer. Results may vary depending on individual hair and scalp conditions, product use and other factors.
